If Biscuits' quoted age is accurate, he would have been 18 when JW saw him play. At that point, he was an old pro who was in the midst of tenure with a THIRD seminal punk band. He might have a good long article or short book of anecdotes, if Danzig and Ginn wouldn't sue.
Are there any live recordings floating around of him playing with Black Flag?

I remember a day in junior high when the halls were ablaze with the (completely false) news of the death of Steve Perry, of Journey. This would be 1982, maybe ... not sure.

I have come to believe it is, frequently, a marketing ploy.
