Title: Hey Tom! Ever heard Joel Plaskett?
Post by: LesSavyFan on November 18, 2009, 11:41:12 PM: I'm sure you have but on the off chance you've never given him a listen I thought I should mention the guy. His official website compares him to Big Star, he's opened for Paul McCartney and he just seems like something that would fit in with alot of the stuff I hear you play. I know you're into Sloan which is awesome but I've never been sure how well know Joel is outside his native Canada.

As much as I dislike linking bad quality youtube stuff I kinda have to because the songs and videos on his official site don't seem to work:
