Pretty good list except where's "Hey There Delilah: by the Plain White-Ts and our beloved "Closing Time" by Semisonic. Glad to see "Butterfly" by Crazy Town made the list, and my personal favorite, "This Is Why I'm Hot" by MIMS (psst, answer: 'cause I'm fly).
-
"Closing Time" was released in, like, 1997.
-
C'mon, be honest, aren't you just a little embarrassed that you know that?
-
What, no Shinedown?
-
Italian dance trio Eiffel 65, whose name was generated at random by a computer program ...
It seems like that could describe half the bands on the list, and a lot of the music as well ...
As long as we're recapping the Aughts, here's one of my favorite Onion articles of the decade:

No "Im In Love With A Stripper"?
-
"Camel Toe"?

I have more or less completely avoided pop music for the last 13-15 years. I kind of remember that Too Short song. Have I missed anything?
-
Well, duh, you only missed Shorty burning up the dancefloor is all.
