Happy Xmas and New Year!
I was going to post Fave Song on Radio City by Big Star, but that will wait for another day.
Side question for this one -- Will the White Stripes ever release another album of new material? Also how is Horehound by the Dead Weather?

I don't think they've ever released a great album. They're a singles band, through and through. The two or three great songs per album can be astonishing, but they're unfortunately asked to wallow in subpar dreck.
Having said that, I'll choose Get Behind Me Satan because of Blue Orchid, My Doorbell, and Take Take Take.

Yeah, I agree with you big time. the few songs on each album that are good are just unbelievable (I think I listened to Blue Orchid about 2 dozen times when I first heard it). The rest I could easily do without. Those weird lo-fi singalong songs they do? Forget it.

I couldn't disagree more. I love their albums.

'Elephant' with a bullet for me.
Not just because "Girl, You Have No Faith In Medicine" is an ace song title.
(I do not endorse killing elephants with guns).

Voted Elephant in a heartbeat. The only one I ever listen to straight through without skipping anything. The last 4 songs on that might be the finest 10 minutes they've ever recorded.

Me neither. Using your hands is MUCH more challenging.
