...getting a call from my best friend saying that he was on his way to an after-party with Willy Nelson?
And knowing that in no way is he exaggerating?

I don't know whether this is true or not, but Chris L once said that Walter's freakout in TV version of The Big Lebowski was overdubbed as "This is what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps!"  I still like to think about that sometimes.

EDIT: The original line was, "this is what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass," just in case there's anyone on here who hasn't seen the film hundreds of times.

Reminds me of a radio bit i heard one time where they did their favorite overdubs of all time, still one of the funniest things ive ever heard on radio.

When my brother was in a dorm at college he said his RA did this a lot.

This video contains an example, from 0:07 to 0:15, of Mike's pick for his own self-selected topic, "Things That Are Always Funny," from what I believe was the very first Mike Show:

This line from Blood Meridian, the most depressing book ever written:

"I had him a hair suit made, but he ate it."

The comedic intermingling of kids/Hitler/Nazis/[EDIT to add: pleated slacks]/flamboyance:

Curb Your Enthusiasm - Flamboyant Kid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTg9aJk2EMk#ws)

To answer the question the thread title poses: NO.

Alec Berg, David Mandel, and Jeff Schaffer (they had a "Story By" credit for all s8 CYE episodes) first explored this rich terrain in Euro Trip.

Eurotrip movie Very Funny Nazi kid!!! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OK-edKhBYPY#)
