Title: is there anyway I can podcast old shows?

I'm sure this has been discussed already, but I want to listen to old shows at work.  Any way to get them on my phone?

There is a way, but it's a bit of work and requires audio conversion software. There's a thread devoted to it elsewhere (in the super-secret forum).
