In honor of my 250th post on this board, a poll concerning a seminal band of great importance to me - Pavement. Will each one get at least one vote this time? Will the "hits" dominate?

I was just thinking about this family of topics. A good suggestion for the future - best song on Big Star's #1 Record.
As for the current topic, I'm not a huge Pavement fan, but Zurich Is Stained is probably my favorite.

In a previous post, I mentioned the possibility of Radio City. Given this crowd, don't you think "Ballad of El Goodo" will be a runaway winner for #1 Record? With Radio City, September Gurls is a likely favorite, but maybe not...
All suggestions welcome.

"The India Song." Off both records, "O My Soul."

I dunno, I just picked #1 Record because I prefer it to Radio City. El Goodo would probably win, but my pick is Don't Lie To Me.

If I had died 9 or 10 years ago I might have wanted "Here" played at my funeral. Now I don't even want a funeral... or to die!

"New Face in Hell"
