It's in the Horatio Sans section. It's an article about the pre/post-SNL careers of UCB alumni.

I can only hope they were being tongue-in-cheek when they referred to Tom as a "comedy curator".
...and by "they", I mean the dude who wrote the article.

I know they've did some articles on that George Lopez show or is that TNT?

From Fucked Up's Guest List (http://pitchfork.com/features/guest-lists/7771-fucked-up/):
Favorite Radio Show at the Moment
"The Best Show" on WFMU. It's what keeps me sane on the road. It's actually the one thing we've found that we can all listen to on the road. We all have very different tastes in music at this point, and "The Best Show" is one of the great uniters.

A quote from someone commenting on the marathon show on the avclub-
'Julie from Cincinnati and Laurie from Miami are the same person. The person is actually a WFMU DJ that goes by the name of DJ Terre T and calls into the show Tuesday nights quite regularly. She can disguise her voice to sound like just about anybody. True story. Associate producer Mike told me this while I was on hold waiting to get on with Tom.'
It must be true. I think they send out clones like Man or Astroman did. Who is this mysterious DJ that apparently goes by Terre T?

I thought Laurie, Terre and Julie were just settings on the voice modulator and Tom was having conversations with himself. Shows what I know.
