Was thinking about this yesterday. The last collection ended with calls from 2006, so there's a lot of good material to work from. If it were me (and assuming 3 discs could still be done), I'd try to make the tracklist:
Todd Palin
Darren & the Corporate Battle of the Bands
Ken Rogers 1
Philly Boy Roy is a Humanitarium
Rick Stevens (Washington Generals guy)
Ken Rogers 2
Big and Little Bill
Shawn From Rampbridge (plane crash survivor)
Ken Rogers 4
I know we can always listen to archives and Best Show Gems, but there's always something awesome about popping in a CD and hearing the calls in crisp, clear form. Any other ideas?

PFT regaining his Philly accent with help from Philly Boy Roy
-
Great list Wes. The Big/Little Bill call is one of my all time favourites.
The late '08 double bill of Chris Langstrom, of the band The Wednesday Rockets, followed by his father, Rod, is another classic I'd love to see included.
-
Bernie Taupin
-
Marky Ramone Announces His Candidacy And His Safe Sex Kit.
-
Patton Oswalt as Travis Edgkin.
-
Really great list. I am partial to Dom Scharpling calling in from early 2007 as well.
-
A Call from the Leader of the Newbridge Hardcore Scene.
-
I would put these 10 on the short list for possible CD inclusion:
B.J. Bryson
Keith Gaistburn
Bill the Liar (http://www.recidivism.org/2008/05/shredding_regimes.html)
Bernie Taupin
The first Todd Palin call
Big Bill/Little Bill/Mr. Sherbert
Rick Stevens
Paul (http://www.recidivism.org/2008/05/crazy_in_love.html)
The first Dr. Fred Myers Call
Sean from Rampbridge

A Call from the Leader of the Newbridge Hardcore Scene.
His name is Hammerhead. Show some respect, you munch!
-
I had completely forgotten about Bill the Liar. That was a good one.
-
Rex Sr./Brushman/The Brusher in Studio appearance. Always, without fail, makes my day.
-
The chef character from a few months ago.
-
seconding B.J. Bryson hard.
happy to see some Ken Rogers love as well.

Agreed. Just re-listened to it a few nights ago. So many funny turns in that call. "Reams."
-
Definitely agree with the Bill/Little Bill call. That was one for the ages.
-
Power Pop Pop-Pop. And the unfortunate aftermath of Poptastrophe 2007.
-
I'd like to see a mammoth however-many disc collection of all the calls from the Newbridge Mayorbutorial election, culminating in the debate. Shouldn't be too hard to do, right?
-
Terrence from Billyburg.
-
The first Dr. Fred Myers Call
absolutely.
-
#jazzfart.
Speaking of new releases, does anybody know something about a recent update to Tom's wikipedia page?
-
'I dropped my drink'
the annunciation on that was hilarious.
The first Dr. Fred Myers Call
absolutely.

I know it's ancient, but the series of Bruce Willis calls from forever ago are the gateway drug I've used to get a lot of people into the show.
-
the juggalo calling from south south newbridge - hysterical

I've played this as an intro for people as well. Possibly Tom's finest performance? Also, the way that 'Bruce Willis' wants to brutally murder him but will still only allow himself to call Tom a "piece of filth" gets funnier every time he says it, especially after the howling has started.

This sounds great - when did it air?

April 8, 2003. I think my favorite part of playing this for newbies is the fact that they often can't tell whether it's real or not.
