Pizza with catupiry is really freaking good. I haven't been able to find catupiry anywhere in the Triangle though. :(

I had to look up catupiry ... is it squirtable or drizzleable?

Yes, it's usually put on the pizza with a piping bag, but it's used as a spread on toast and all sorts of other things. Honestly, google "com catapiry," and you'll see that Brazilians put it on anything and everything.

There was a Brazilian market not too far from my house. It doesn't quite taste like cream cheese, more like brie or camembert.

Pizza Hut has such weird marketing ideas that never "pan" out. (my puns are amazing)

I remember once they advertised for a pizza that was basically a thin crust pizza stacked on top of another thin crust pizza.

Pizza with Camembert? That sounds like heaven.  But then again, I could eat Camembert on a slab of drywall.
