Title: WFMU Pledge forms disappeared, reappeared

Hey,
I split a pledge to wfmu during the drive, left the other household member in charge and I thought they took care of it but apparently lost the info and didn't bother, but found it again.

Is it too late to send the info + money in? Are we still eligible for the awesome prize pack thingamabobber?
