Is this a bootleg LP? Like, that's really Neil Young coming out of your speakers, but the packaging is from god knows what country?

Japan I believe. I found it INSIDE of a copy of Neil's debut LP. Me and my friend laughed so hard at it and I remember showing the flea market owner and him not laughing at all.
The sound quality is awful and the record is clean. It sound like someone recording Neil's hits on a Talkboy about ten feet from a speaker. I might send it to Neil and see if he'll slip it in Archives Vol. 2.

He will, and he will add $20 to the suggested retail price of the box.

Everytime I look at the little blurb on the front of the LP I laugh. It is so condescending, as if to say, "Hopefully on tour he'll play better music than he did on his last album."

I enjoyed Erica Joung's latest book, too.

The language on the record label is Korean.
