Post by: fonpr on July 05, 2010, 12:38:22 PM

Nothing Auntie.  Those guys are funny.

One of their theories is:  Movies cost so much to make no one takes chances.  Everything is a direct remake or two successful movies combined.
That's it.
Please pitch away.

Maybe Tom will bankroll a winning combo!

Successful is the key.  For me anyway.

Dead Man Dancing won't work.  Maybe, it would but, Dead Man wasn't a blockbuster.  Was it?

I had the same experience. A bunch of recent movies are in the top 20. I think it's because of the fact that people are paying 50% more per ticket to see this junk in 3D.

Oh, let me see, what was I thinking?
Yeah,
it is "We are the LAURIE Berkner Band" (2005) mixed with a little "Muppets FROM Space" (1999) , a bit of "MIAMI Vice" (2006) of course, plus "Peggy Sue Got Married" (1986) starring FOT LJP  =

LAURIE FROM MIAMI GOT MARRIED

I think it qualifies.
