The dude who directed Boondock Saints from OVERNIGHT whose name I shan't bother to look up. Also, the good guy in King Of Kong is not a creep despite Tom's comedic skewering of his parenting abilities.

The guy who had Karl Dönitz's job before him.  Whoever he is:  total slimeball.

Yeah, really icky stuff.  The whole West Memphis Three thing is pretty horrible all around, really.  But that guy...Jeez Louise.  Gotta give him a thumbs down.

Good one.

Mark Borchardt from American Movie.

He is/was obviously irresponsible.  But I wouldn't call him a creep.  He has a good heart.

The fella from Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill was also irresponsible perhaps?  But also lovely.

Can we aim to bigger creeps?

Agreed. Horrifying. Kind of similar to 'extreme Dad'.

King of Kong, I liked Steve Wiebe well enough, but the rest of the cast ('hey everybody! we've got a Donkey Kong kill screen coming up!') was creepy.

Frost/Nixon, I didn't really like either of those guys.
