Also the Mafia angle and the disrespectful questioning of Luther Campbell's motives. Discuss, please.

I've just caught up on the podcasts (i fell behind and I don't live in the states so I don't get to listen live) and I was wondering the same thing. It seemed like Mike was gone and then Tom was gone and then they both came back without any explantion as to why Mike was back. Did i miss something?
P.S Don't get me wrong i'm glad Mike is back!
