Can you be self referential, hyper aware, ironically detached, and waltz through your life living every moment like you're the movie star/astronaut/nobel prize winner your parents always insisted you were, all at the same time?

What if you're none of these things but you're an actor who wants a job and can portray this type? Would that be a challenge?
If this is a prank, would that be like a moebius strip of Meta that would just spiral into infinity?

All right! Finally, they're getting that Dobie Gillis remake off the ground! Can't wait to find out who the Maynard G. Krebs they get out of that casting call will be.
