Title: Failed comedians and their antics
Post by: not that clay on August 26, 2010, 03:55:22 PM
A while back Tom made a point about nutjob rightwingers being failed comedians. I think he was on to something:

I think miracles WILL happen this weekend. One is one of these teabaggers will leave a decent tip.

Glenn Beck actually does have a comedy act, doesn't he?  I remember seeing commercials in my theater at one point with the banner "Common Sense Comedy" (ugh).

Actually, if Glenn Beck wants you to know he has switched from political commentary to comedy, he puts on a t-shirt.

He did something called the 'Bold And Fresh Show' where he scammed his followers (fleeced his sheep?) out of $25 to sit in a theater and watch a canned film of him making Botox jokes about Pelosi.

I am curious, though, as to who he's got lined up for the 'Restoring Honor Fresh Ass Comedy Tent' at his rally tomorrow. Rumor is Michael Winslow will be there.

But it has to be tucked in with a belt. And don't forget the sneakers.

Those videos are the most amazing things I've ever seen.  Glenn Beck's comedy makes Dustin Diamond's comedy look like 'Live on the Sunset Strip'.
