I think its time we started a yousendit thread.
I guess its sort of like filesharing but your file can only be downloaded 25 times so its slightly more ethical.
Post whatever you may have that's of interest. Obscure music, comedy, old best show podcasts or clips, whatever you have.

If its not a single file you'll have to zip it, upload it at www.yousendit.com, put in your own email address as the recipient and then post the link here.

I'll do some when I'm not at work.

I have a lot of mp3's of various calls that I've cut down for my own personal use (actually, I have most of the Wurster calls from the last 6 months and most PBR calls, I'm making my way slowly through the archives), but I don't want to post anything without making totally sure it's ok with Tom, Jon, and whoever else. Obviously, I'm not talking about posting anything that's on a current CD, but I also wouldn't want to post anything that may be used on a future CD

The problem with Ron and Fez is that Ron is such a brilliant guy that you have to listen to the whole show, because you might have 5 minutes of talking and then a gem from Ron. The gem is worth waiting for, but it's hard to cut down clips because they just riff for 3 hours a day.

Also, don't get me wrong, Dave makes for good radio, I just wasn't into the Roberto bit all that much.

But my favorite moment is Paul O's wife telling two kids how awful adulthood is. there's a real moment to share.

I have an archive pretty much every "Best of" clip since the show's inception (see this thread from 2004 (http://www.friendsoftom.com/newboard/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=01;action=display;num=1101921800;start=4#4) in the old FoT board)...I made an offer to spread da wealth, but nobody ever took me up on the offer.

I'm not surprised that there are only 11 subscribers to the Best Show podcast....

Ah, the cold chill of nostalgia. My college pals took Malkmus so seriously. And he completely fell off. Hearing this now is like re-reading the first guy who had the strength of character to badmouth Don't Tell a Soul.
