Chris Christie signs a new anti-bullying bill. (http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2011/01/gov_christie_signs_anti-bullyi.html)

Sounds like this bill is supposed to fix the lip service-y one from '02 which didn't seem to have any substance.

The Governor was quoted as saying "Anybody doesn't like this bill, I'll knock your fucking teeth down your throat."

Good idea!  I'll go to the next staged YouTube event of him yelling at somebody and think a lot.
