Title: Best Show in High Times?

I think it might've been a few years ago, but I remember thumbing through an issue of High Times (I think it had Ozzy on the cover) and saw TBSOWFMU written into their "POT-40" section. Can anyone confirm this?

POT-40? Is that a Radio Hut item? Like the POT-80 but with half the features?
