When you have your own talk show on IFC, you can get some pretty huge guests from the world of entertainment. This week Scott shows off his showbiz credentials with former Monk writer Tom Sharpling, gay marriage advocate Gary Marshall, and future "Best Book" nominee "Weird Al" Yankovic! If you want to know what it was like to write for Your Show of Shows, or how to behave during a Costco book signing, this is a show to which you should pay careful attention. Scott once again rolls out a new feature with "Who Said It?" but in proper tradition follows it up with a rather rousing round of "Would You Rather?" Like "Weird Al" always says: What's Up Hot Dog!

Is it just me or does Mr. PFT look abnormally demure in that pic. Also, Tom looks trim and fit.

I think that Scott is a tall dude like Tom.

In every recent picture I've seen of Weird Al, he's leaning over like that.

I love how even PFT's casual wear has charm and elegance to it.

I though Gary Marshall was the high point.

This is a TV type show on IFC now? Or are they referring to another IFC show w/ Aukerman?

That studio looks exactly like I always pictured it.

It was so hard being at work all day knowing this existed and being unable to hear it.

Aukerman is presenting classic comedy shows like Mr Show and Larry Sanders under the banner of CDR on IFC in small segments, introducing the shows, sometimes (often) with people from the shows like Bob Odenkirk, Judd Apatow, etc.

This was just as good as I was hoping it would be.  So funny.

"So the Pretty Woman, theoretically, knows The Other Sister?"

This was amazing!   I like Tom's performance in "Who Said it" and "Would You Rather".    The plight of the chocoholic indeed...

Thanks. I had heard IFC was turning into the Comedy Nerd channel, which makes me wish I got it...

It's true. I now read every thing on the internet as if Garry Marshall's voice beckons it.

Did anyone else think that Tom was passively resisting the elements of "Would You Rather" that were fudge-centric?

I am admiring the unnamed comedian who stayed in character as Garry Marshall for the whole podcast.
