Had you not already given up on taking them seriously?  That being said, if State Farm offered me whatever they got paid to make that, I would do it in a second, and mine wouldn't be as catchy.

I don't even know what "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there" really means.  Is that really the salient characteristic of a good neighbor, that they're just...there?

I like when we see Rivers singing along to the playback, as if he's really into the song. It's cute.
