I think pumpkin seeds are a good first step in any direction he might take from here, yes.  Me too, after a 3 day drinking binge, I wake up from my stupor, vague, terrible memories of my antics sizzling in my brain...and it's just ".....fuck...gotta get me a lota' pumpkin seeds this time..."
