Not sure if this was coincidence, but I choose to believe it was not. Louis CK tuned into WFMU on Louie this week: http://bit.ly/qvNtkB (http://bit.ly/qvNtkB)

FMU correctly notes on Twitter: "Louis CK tunes into WFMU on this week's "Louie," hates the hippy noise, and switches stations."
So, fixed: http://bit.ly/pau9lo (http://bit.ly/pau9lo)

Did you notice he tunes it to 90.1, but it's at 91.1 when he changes it?
-
Did you notice a continuity error in almost every camera cut on that show?

It's a great show, but they are so sloppy about that it can get distracting.

I'm almost certain there was a shot a few weeks ago where Louie was clearly played by Luiz Guzman in a red fright wig. The continuity director needs to step up his game. Mr. Guzman was wearing his watch on his right arm, while in the previous shot Louie was wearing it on his left.

Ah didn't catch that. I did think it was weird that Pamela was being played by Danny Devito.

Fun Fact: The episode "Moving" is actually episode 6.17 of Have Gun Will Travel played backwards.
-
There is also an FMU reference like this in Jarmusch's Broken Flowers.

The continuity errors absolutely take nothing away from this show, for me. Yes, they're easy to catch, and yes they actually register in your head, but the show is so transcendent it's completely above it all. I usually watch a new episode with my mouth totally open.
If it goes 5 more seasons it'll be the greatest thing on tv, ever. The Larry Sanders Show is the current champ.
Louie needs an Artie--that's my only criticism.

I hope, by that, you mean Louie needs to sign Rip Torn.
-
I don't even notice the continuity errors, thank god. The FMU thing just jumped out at me, for obvious reasons.
-
I hope Louie's youngest daughter gets her own spin-off.
-
Doesn't Louis CK edit the show himself? He at least has the credit for it in the opening sequence. But yeah the continuity issues aren't a bother for me at all, lo-fi TV is the wave of the future!

I've never noticed any.

In the episode where Louie and his daughters visit his aunt the older daughter's glasses disappear and reappear. And in the episode where Louie and Pamela are looking at an apartment she has a jacket that also magically disappears and reappears.

Oh, I wasn't doubting that they're there; I'm just pleased I haven't noticed them. It's a testament to my liking of the show.

He was on Conan last night. Great throughout but his story about force-feeding his dog medicine is just great.

Exactly. I'm sure the continuity and focus are PERFECT on Big Bang Theory. But they ain't telling jokes about farting on a pillow 200 times and then smelling it. Well, actually they might be but it wouldn't be as funny.
