Title: "The Air Tonight" story
Post by: senorcorazon on February 20, 2012, 10:05:10 PM
Some dummies on the internet claim that Tom's version of the origin of "In The Air Tonight" is incorrect:

Of course, these same "experts" would have you believe that a talking squirrel obsessed with Hollywood box office returns doesn't live in Jersey City or Newbridge. Cretins.

However, I URGE you to watch Phil Collins doing an imitation of the drum solo at 1:20 in this video.

Next time I get bored and have a few minutes, that thing is getting ytmnd'ed

Phil Collins thought they were talking about the other ad where a seal plays the drums on "In the Air Tonight."

FUN FACT: the dude at 0'47" in that video, Antony Worrall Thompson, is a celebrity chef who recently got done for stealing wine and cheese from a supermarket.
