Anyone know much about these guys? I heard them on the show the other day and I thought their new single sounded a ton like Shotwell from here in S.F., but I really liked them.

Funny...listening again and it also sounds a little like Hickey and he says "frisco" hmmm....

"Arms Against Atrophy" is ostensibly about a trip to San Francisco when P. Stickles was in high school.

The new single was awesome and their album The Monitor is pretty top notch as well. Did anyone feel as if Patrick was a little out of it? He was rambling on about his first appearance on WFMU and then muttered something after his performance.

Did anyone also notice this?

He was the same way in the Low Times interview, so I'm guessing that's just his normal manner. Or else he was out of it both times.

That Eating Disorder song is growing on me.
