Anyone out there use del.icio.us (http://del.icio.us)? In the spirit of the Last.FM thingy, I was thinking it might be fun for FoTs to link up their del.icio.us bookmarks in their personal networks.

I'm really looking forward to stealing all your great bookmarks!

This interferes with my plan to get all of the FOT on www.goodreads.com, but oh well. Looks like fun :)

This goodreads thing looks pretty cool actually. I hadn't heard of it until now. I've always wanted to find a place that's a cross between Metafilter (http://www.metafilter.com) and Amazon.com, where you can actually have intelligent conversations about any book under the sun. This looks pretty close!

Yes. It's more than just a replacement for locally stored bookmarks; it's kind of like building a personal search engine.

I would be mortified if you all saw my bookmarks.  Although I suppose some of you might thrill to the shortcuts to sources of yarn, dog toys, cotton shoelaces, cotton bedsheets, and propane grills.

I wish I used Good Reads, but unlike Last.fm, it actually requires work.  Library Thing is awesome, too; particularly the unsuggester (http://www.librarything.com/suggest (http://www.librarything.com/suggest)) (which tells you, based on a book you like, what book you are least likely to like).

edit:  If you like Black Coffee Blues by Henry Rollins, you are least likely to also like The Magician's Nephew by C.S. Lewis.

edit: wow, I imported my OLD bookmark backup file.  Apparently not so many years ago I was into Internet Voice Relay.
