I believe there was a passing reference to John Starks, who I believe is one of Tom's all-time favorites. I'm far from a Knicks fan but those teams will always have a beloved place in my heart. I'm always tempted to shave "MASE" in the back of my head as tribute.

It was jarring to hear so much basketball talk but it was a great episode
