you got to respect the discipline to be a touring musician esp for a high energy act AND find the time to get a workout in

Not exactly rock, but John Cage wrote the slowest song. An eight-page score, to be performed over 639 years. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_Slow_as_Possible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_Slow_as_Possible)
Wait, what?

I don't think he's in a band

Is that Iggy Pop or Ric Ocasek?

This thread is reminding me of the video of that fat guy punching out Glenn Danzig. You can almost see the swole deflating.

Rollins? He was swollen for a while, back in the day. On the relative scale of PunkRock, at least. Swellest guy in rock has got to be Jonathan Richman. In the 1990s I had a job raising money on the phone for the Green Party. Jonathan Richman was on my calling list, and I called him. He didn't give me any money, but he was very nice about it. His talking voice was pretty much the same as his singing voice. Swell guy.

How could I forget Bowflex rock n roll phenom Michael Polinko? While the Torque bassist is more lean than swole, he surely qualifies.

I think I'm still Myspace friends with him. Legit humble guy.
