I assume he was a person being a character ala Wurster, but who did the Smirnoff Ice Distributer and I believe was also the guy complaining about records he bought from Scharpling at the record fair (2 different calls) Is he also the Party Doctor?

Smirnoff rep is H Jon Benjamin.

I think Andy Earles is the Party Doctor.  I could be wrong!

Smirnoff Ice District Manager is H. Jon Benjamin from Bob's Burgers, Archer, Dr. Katz, etc. (he also did "Yankees vs. Mets" and "Soundtracapella" w/ Jon Glaser)

Andrew Earles is the Party Doctor and also "Kevin".

Smirnoff Ice District Manager and Kevin are two of my all time favorite TBSOWFMU characters.
