Destruction of an entire ecosystem just to spite Garrison Keilor  is much too extreme. One could make a similar point by sprinkling a little arsenic on some Powdermilk Biscuits thus sparing Lake Wobegon's innocent wildlife.

It would be less noticeable in the Rhubarb pie.
