Title: can anybody date this episode?

it's the one where tom is having people call in and try to make him laugh.  i think its somewhere between 2003-2004.  ap mike called in to talk about dinosaur jr many weeks earlier.  spike did his debbie loves dallas routine sometime (within months) of this.  thanks for the help!
