So much going on in this picture. bowling shirt, sleeve tattoo, weird beard, big earrings, cueball ehad and a cat, apparently kicking it back in times square or somewhere like that. I like to think of it as a washed up member of Bare Naked Ladies who is getting ready to make his comeback.

That reminds me that Maynard, the singer from Tool now makes wine in my area. I saw he is hosting a "meet the winemaker" dinner at a local restaurant. I would love to go and just ask him questions about Tool. But the dinner costs $110 + tax and tip, and I don't exactly have that kind of money to spare.

I actually watched some documentary on netflix a ways back about his wine making.  It was as pretentious as I'd hoped.

I am a regular cyclist who hates Critical Mass. This story doesn't quite encapsulate everything that's wrong with it, but it gets at a lot of it.

I just listened to Terrence from Billyburg. This guy and his mother should listen to it, too.

Speaking of the Pope, I also saw some articles today that he and the Vatican--for real--are coming out with a prog-rock album. That sounds like it could have happened only in Newbridge but this Pope continues to surprise and delight.
