Title: Voice Modulators

Looks like Tom isn't the only one using a voice modulator. Michigan governor Rick Snyder gets called out on voice modulation.

He does look a bit like AP Mike as well... hmmm...

Not seeing the AP Mike look-a-like status so much here...  Well, sure, hair is the same color and maybe there is somethin' similar with the eyes, maybe... Looks a little like someone ran out of DNA attempting to clone John Boehner and tried to throw in 20% Mike DNA to finish up...
