We’re extremely happy to announce that Earles & Jensen (http://www.matadorrecords.com/earles_and_jensen/)’s titanic contribution to the world of comedy (and Western Civilization for that matter…) “Just Farr A Laugh” is now available for pre-order! We love to reward genius here at Matador so we’re currently offering those with the daring and clarity of vision to pre-order $3 off, a free poster, and a special surprise non-sequitur gift. As some of you may know we have faced some serious legal-obstacles (http://www.matadorrecords.com/matablog/?p=1180) in producing this release. Ambulance chasing notwithstanding, this double-CD and 35 page book remains a work of genius that we’re sure you’ll enjoy.
Place your pre-order HERE (http://www.matadorrecords.com/store/storesearch.php?artist=Earles+and+Jensen)

Bleachy's awesome!

I must confess - I am a Bleachy fan. And Barbara.
BLEACHY: "I got this way mostly from eatin' Zingers."

I have the first JFAL CD. I'm not sure how much new stuff will be on this disc, but I'm sure I'll end up buying it anyway. I like "Man With a Confusing Array of Things to Sell."

I find prank calls uncomfortable sometimes. Involving real life people in little bits where they embarrass themselves-- ick. I can't even watch Ali G interviews without hiding my head under a pillow.

On JFAL the caller generally plays a bemused (sometimes amused) straight man to Andy and Jeff's shenanigans. I can't remember any calls where they did anything that was uncomfortable for the receiver.
The woman who listened to the Party Doctor seemed to be having the time of her life, and the Army people didn't know quite what to make of Bleachy, but were otherwise unharmed.
