All in high decent quality video and sound.  Pretty cool.

Superchunk videos (http://www.mtvmusic.com/search/?term=superchunk)!

I went there this afternoon and for some unexplainable reason the first video I searched for was Too Much Joy's "Donna Everywhere."

And then I said, quoth a topic from weeks ago, "Oh GeeOff, what is wrong with you?"

Pretty great, but missing some videos I remember watching on 120 Minutes.

I hate sifting through all the crap results on Youtube myself.  But it definitely has more content, legal or not.

Granted, the MTVees only has the one Dead Milkmen vid.  So of course, it doesn't include fan made videos.  Such as the following...

"Some of the neighbors say he smokes crack, but I don't believe it..."

I just searched for Bang Tango, Junkyard, and Dangerous Toys.  I got nothing and didn't like it.

No Yagg-Fu Front, Yall So Stupid, Son of Bazerk, Dave Angel, Mr. Fingers, Ilija Rudman.

I'm not convinced.

This is terrible. It's making me revisit bands I didn't necessarily need to see again. I don't remember Evan Dando dancing so weird in this video! Was this how I danced to the song??! Was this cool? What was I thinking?

The extreme crush my 11-year-old self had on Evan after seeing this video years ago seems really silly now.

No Kate Bush, and they DEFINITELY played Kate Bush. So their announcement is a lie.

Yeah this thing is weird.
FYI, Dave Kate Bush has a page with an extensive biography, and the video for Suspended in Gaffa with Squeeze is there... but yeah, nothing else.

They appear to be missing lots of videos I remember seeing on MTV, but it's a lot to archive. Perhaps they haven't finished yet? Or there's some that they played, but weren't in their "official" catalog?

I like how that Michael Jackson banner up top says "Billie Jean" but the picture is from the Thriller video.

Fond memory of taping a VHS copy of the HYPER ENOUGH video off of 120 minutes.  Forcing my friends to watch "all the way to the end, dude!".  I felt like I was the only one who "got" the drum solo joke.

Yeah, I've realized since making the initial post that all of their videos are censored and they definitely don't have a complete catalog.  MTV is dicks.
