He has the same unkempt vagrant look Vincent Gallo is known for worldwide, but he's not interested in directing dirty movies and putting hexes on Roger Ebert with Kenneth Anger. No, he wants to be like Prince Vince.

Oh, hold up, I think that's Casey Affleck ONSTAGE with the camera on his shoulder. The above video is from some mere human's camera phone.

I prefer the second clip. Especially around the 34 second mark.
