Title: Scranton apartment

hey,

On the off chance that there are any FOTs in Scranton:

I've got a apartment available to share.  Two rooms in a large 2BR in a nice old house on North Main.  Share of kitchen/bath.  I'm looking for 350 per month, but would be willing to negotiate if you were would to take on some light superintendent duties.  Available now.

Is monthly admission to the Lackawanna Coal Mine included or is that extra?

Would these "superintendent duties" involve heavy lifting and/or beekeeping?

Possibly a chicken coop that would need to be "maintained".

For that coal mine tour, they actually lower you down the steeply sloping shaft in a little cart.  When I did it, the other people in the car had elected to bring their little baby.  Oh, the screaming... I can still hear it.

Got another apartment available in Scranton.  This one is even better.  No beekeeping and there are, what I suspect to be, actual juggalos living in the apartment below you.  Just think of the material that this living arrangement could provide.
