T-mobile CSR taking a page from OnStar reps?

This recording of Metafilter's Matt Haughey trying to cancel his Tmobile service (because he just bought an iPhone) is eerily familiar to Tom's experience trying to get OnStar to unlock his car.

I'll consider buying one as soon as they manufacture comfortable headphones that fit in the teeny tiny jack and also work with the phone. Also, it's kind of hard giving up 80G for 8G, you know? I want to know if iPhones have an autofill feature similar to the shuffler.
