Thanks for the congrats.  Everyone keeps telling me the NYT review is actually pretty good, though it's annoying when they get it so wrong.  I'm still sorry that you saw such a raw performance, Laurie (Laurie came on the first preview, in case anyone but the two of us are reading this thread).  If I ever have a show in Miami, you get comps.

Oh, wait, that's a PBR reference, isn't it.  Duh.  Though that could mean that the writers or set designers or whoever of 30 Rock are TBSOWFMU fans, which is both unsurprising and pretty cool.

Thanks, Laurie.  I just notice every single tiny imperfection.  And it did take 2 or 3 days for the actors and tech people to get it all together.  It's a tough show.

I'm not surprised that you liked the twincest scene, though I thought the Flaubert would win you over with its sheer unadulterated raunch.  The nastiest stuff in there was actually taken from Gustave Flaubert's journals, published in English as Travels in Egypt - there's actually stuff I left out because it was just too, too gross.

And thanks, Stan!  The Time Out review comes out this week, so keep yer fingers crossed.
