1. Potato chips and a good pickle (preferably of the fresh garlicky variety)
2. Colman's mustard, horseradish, diced onion, and, occasionally, this rhubarb chutney stuff I make
3. Bun, lightly browned in butter, although I can't stand storebought buns anymore, so, unless I've made my own, I slice the dogs in half lengthwise and use regular bread, toasted and, yes, buttered.
