Does anyone have a list of the calls that discuss the "secret" last episodes of TV shows that "only aired once"? Thanks!

August 19, 2013: Rick DeBetto from DeBetto and Nephews Fine Dining (originally aired on November 9, 2010)

That one is a best show gem and describes the entire final season of Archie Bunker's Place including the last episode where he get's zapped.

I know the Walton's had the blowtorch killer on their final episode after a guy got struck by lightning but I don't remember what call that is.

In the 500th episode the finale of Mad Men is outlined although it doesn't mention that it was only aired once. It also alludes to the sick finale of Laverne & Shirley (with the demon baby).

October 27, 2009  PBR talks about the final episode of the Brady Bunch, where one of the grips got decapitated with a machete by Christopher Knight and you can see his “headless ghost” as well as his murder on screen.

Then on November 3, 2009 PBR clarifies that Susan Olson actually did the decapitation with a table saw and that Oliver did a scene with the decapitated head.
