Help! I need to export out a few years worth of video content and am using Flash Video Encoder (I know, there are better/other options out there but I have to use it) and need something that will work. We're running everything on Apache in the backend and the player is at 480 x 360 with a full-screen option. Presently I'm going with this:

Flash Player 8 or higher
Video: On2 VP6 at 600 kbps
Audio: MP3 at 96 kbps (stereo)
Resize: 480 respect aspect ratio

It seems to work ok but I want to avoid buffering hell and also have some LOOOONG programs to encode so getting it right the first time would be advantageous. I'm working on Final Cut for the editing suite, if that helps.

BONUS question: Any ideas on batch processing to MP4? Compressor seems to make a mess of it. But I could be missing something.
