In Which Show Did This Happen?

I was listening to an interview with S&W and they mentioned that during a bit, someone in the FOT chatroom said that they were taking too long to get to a joke. So the next week, to prove a point, they decided to do the same bit, but condensed in to a few minutes, as opposed to twenty-thirty minutes. I was wondering which call it was and what day is was broadcast?

It's on the 12/5/06 show. I don't remember the exact time but it's very early in the show - it might even be during the open themes or during the music. As I recall, it's kind of hidden in the middle of something.
