Richard Dunn from T&E: ASGJ passes away
« on: June 04, 2010, 02:53:16 PM »
Tim Heidecker posted this on twitter:

Deeply saddened to announce that our friend Richard Dunn passed away at 7:14am this morning.

Dunn was honestly one of my favorite parts of Awesome Show. I just wanted to give him a hug every time I saw him. He will certainly be missed.

Sounds, at least, as though it was sudden and quick.

Rich's stuff was easily my favorite part of Tim and Eric's work over the past few years.

He had been in the hospital for a few days after having a stroke and Heart Attack. I'm fairly certain he was unconscious the whole time, so he was hopefully free of pain.

I loved him on Awesome Show but it was always great to see him pop up randomly, like on Parks & Recreation.

Ah.  I thought I read that he was stricken in the afternoon and dead the next morning.  Still, if he was unconscious, that's not too bad.
