It's not just you; I was just thinking yesterday that what bothers me about how this is all playing out, and the way a lot of people are reacting to each new outburst, is that all of the worst people in the world are now getting the same kind of genuine personal confidence boost from Sheen every day that I and everyone else here get from hearing Tom talk himself up. The number of jerks strutting around now with the word "WINNING" flashing inside their head.

Instead of the usual second-act turn where everything goes south because they get decadent, they get rewarded for their decadence. A lot of times, that is how it works. Creeps get rewarded for being creepy.
