Tom,

Your commentary on I LOVE LUCY a few weeks back made me laugh really hard and was definitely a bittersweet memory of all those gender issues in the show. It also reminded me of Todd Haynes' short film DOTTIE GETS SPANKED http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106757 which made me happy-sad-intrigued at the same time. [spanking scene on Part 3 @ 5:55].
