I love that out of all the Billy Joel songs, she gets something from "I Go To Extremes." Not Scenes From An Italian Restaurant? Pressure?

I have spent the last hour at work brainstorming other Billy Joel tattoos with my friends on Twitter and Facebook. My favorite ones:

See, I was hoping to see how she handled the ring structure of Scenes from an Italian Restaurant (or ess-fair as we aficionados call it).

Different fonts?  Different colors?  Some sort of quote blocking?
