Please accept my sincere apology for not letting you know when I went to sleep last night. I was, in fact, so sleepy by the time I went to sleep that I lacked the strength of mind to recall my earlier promise to do so.

I estimate that I went to sleep somewhere around 1:45 am, central time.

Please accept this brief report concerning the details of my breakfast as an attempt at restitution:

I am drinking coffee and about to eat some French toast.

Personally, I turned off the light just before 1am (GMT) then proceeded to wake at 5am and 6am before finally rising at 6.45am. I have had 2 (TWO) cups of coffee today, and am considering a third around 3.50pm.
