DJ Terre T needs CGI help ASAP!!!

Hi all it's Jillian Barberie writing on behalf of DJ Terre T:
She desperately needs help on putting together an image of her Cherry Blossom Clinic prize.

 All u have to do is put the CBC logo on the flashlight she's giving away!
She has thus far been unable to do it with the manufacter's  image maker
and AP Paulie B has only been able to put the logo in white on a Black flashlight 
as seen on this playlist

Terre wants the flashlight RED w/black logo?
or White Flashlight w/BLACK logo

(but not black flashlight w/ white logo --that was the best they got)

I tried to keep the white background but it ended up looking rather... low-rent.
